Duct Tape Satchel

Test.JPG

Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, in my first ible, I shall show you how to create a duct tape satchel.

Materials:

1 Roll of Duct Tape (I recommend Nashua brand)
Scissors

Nice large table or floor to work on

-Side note: I would recommend looking at all steps, because these steps are rather short.

Step 1: Outline

First, start out with making an outline of the satchels size.

Step 2: Filler

Now, fill in the hole in the middle with sticky-side up duct tape.

Step 3: Panels

Next, cover your sticky sheet with another layer. This time, put it sticky side to sticky side, so you should have a panel that's smooth on both sides.

Step 4: AGAIN!!!!

Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3, but this time, make the second panel two tape strips taller.

Step 5: Operation Sides....... and Bottom

Now, make a panel that is two strips wide, and as long as the bottom of the smaller panel. Cover both sides in tape so it is smooth. Then make two panels like the last, just use the HEIGHT of the smaller panel for the length.

Step 6: Layout

Now, lay everything out and tape all the points as shown on the diagram above.

Step 7: Almost Done!

Now after sticking everything together, you should have something like this picture above. The small black strip near the bottom is a strip with a small ball of tape sticky side out, which you then tape onto the top part of the tall panel.

Step 8: the Strap

Now, take two very long pieces of tape that's a little longer than an arms-length, and stick them together. And finally, stick one end of the strap on one side of the bag, and the other side of the strap on the other side of the bag.

Step 9: Finally! We're Done!

Now your satchel should look something like this. Thanks for checking it out. If you have any suggestions, suggest them freely, and remember, with duct tape, anything is possible. Thanks again.

-P.S. the camo thing on the strap is a quick pouch I made.
