EASY Baked Pineapple Chicken Snack in 20 Minutes

Ever look in the fridge for something to eat, notice all you have is raw chicken and you don't know what to do with it? That was me thirty minutes ago. Let me show you a really simple way to make pineapple chicken in a muffin tin in just 20 minutes with just a few simple ingredients.
Let's start!
Let's start!
Ingredients

My ingredient list looked like this:
Boneless Chicken thighs (barely frozen)
Pineapple chunks (from a can w/ juice)
Spice (Whatever kind you like - I used Mrs.Dash and salt)

Preparing the Chicken

Turn on the heat to 350 and chop the chicken thighs in half.
Literallycram the chicken into the muffin tins (I used my palm). The grease from the chicken and the pineapple juice we'll pour in will be enough to allow for easy removal.

Preparing the Pineapple

Open the can and squeeze the juice into a container or directly onto the chicken (having it in a different container allows you too see how much you have left better). Place about a spoonful of crushed pineapple onto the chicken and evenly spread the juice over the chicken halves.
Adding Spice

Just lightly dust your tray with your favorite spices and pop into the oven. Set timer for 15-20 minutes. Maybe we should do dishes while we wait?
Cooling Off

Once the chicken is cooked thoroughly, remove with proper protection.
Drain off some of the excess juice and let cool off for a few minutes.
Then simply scoop out with a spoon and prepare however you'd like to present it. (I chose lettuce leaves)
Then eat eat eat! :D
