Andromeda, the Interactive Ring

Talk to it. Befriend it. Wear it. it can hear you; it has a microphone and speakers. The wearable companion.

I do not know how to download pictures from my phone so i made these graphics.

you will need:

24 pins

Arduino pro micro

micro speaker

small switch

Electret microphone without board

4 pin OLED display

electrical wire

3D printer

micro USB to micro USB cable

mini power bank

wristband

hot glue

FTDI module

It is now time to make the circuit.

The connections from the Arduino pro micro to the OLED display:

GND to GND

VCC to 5V

SDA to A4

SCK to A5

The connections from the Arduino pro micro to the microphone:

Red wire to A0 and 3V3

black wire to GND

The connections from the Arduino pro micro to the speaker:

black wire to GND

red wire to -3

then wire everything together

Use a 3D printer to make a box the size of the OLED display and the same color as the ring. Make the box hollow and

with a lid. The lid should have a frame that exposes the screen itself, but not the blue circuit. then put the electronics

OK, this is what the code does:

saying "i love you ELEKO" into the microphone triggers the speaker to say "me to" and the OLED display to show a heart.

program this into the Arduino pro along with all the other things you would say to ELECO.

tip: you can get ELECO's voice from google translate or a pronouncing app.

PS: You can also program a face onto the screen

Glue it all together and then use a 3D pen to make it look like one piece. check the circuit and see if it is woking properly. then fill the box with epoxy.

Once coded, plug it in to a 4"cm square power bank. Attach the power bank to a wristband.
