Easy Banana Bread
8 Step Banana Bread made easy. Makes about 12 slices of bread per loaf. Great with milk!
CAUTION
Be careful when using knives and hot oven. Serious burns or injuries could result.
Materials
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of softened butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup of water
1 2/3 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon and soft
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
9 by 5 by 3 loaf pan

1/3 cup of softened butter

Step 1
Wash your hands!
Step 2
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Step 3
Mix the 1 cup of sugar and the 1/3 cup of melted butter in mixing bowl
Step 4
Mix in the 1/2 teaspoon of salt, the 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and the 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Step 5
Mix in the 1/3 cup of water
Step 6
Add in the banana's, dime sized chunks
Step 7
Pour mixture into GREASED 9 by 5 by 3 loaf pan
Step 8
Bake the bread batter for 55 -75 minutes, or until the edges are browned
