I love to bake quick breads on the weekends. Not only does it fill the whole house with a warming aroma of sweetness, it only takes 10 minutes to throw together and makes breakfast quick and easy on busy weekday mornings. This is a very simple and easy banana bread that the whole family will love!

Serve warm with butter or try it toasted!
