Easy Basic Mug Cake

A Basic, Easy Mug Cake! This is a great basis recipe. You can do anything you like with it! You can add peanut butter, choc chips, caramel, condense milk,etc. Eating it without modifications makes also for a delicious desert, snack, or meal. Note: This recipe alone is a bit dry.

I got this recipe from my cousin.

Gather Supplies

What you'll need:

1. A large mug

2. A spoon

3. One egg

4. Cocoa powder

5. Sunflower oil (Canola oil will also work)

6. Sugar (White or brown)

7. Milk

8. Self raising flour (Or use normal flour with a bit baking powder)

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Mix together:

60ml Sugar

60ml Flour

30ml Cocoa

In your cup.

Add the Wet Ingredients

Add:

45ml oil

45ml milk

The egg

To your mug, and mix extremely well. Mix till everything is mixed together into a thick past.

Bake in Microwave

Bake in microwave for 2 minutes.

You can also try it out in a oven.

Let It Cool

This step is important. Let it cool for about 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
