grain elastic band bungee cord (for hanging at a height for birds to see the food) screw driver( to poke holes in bottle)

Steps

1. Make through holes for the bird's seat at the bottom level. You can make at multiple levels depending on the size of birds you have in your area.

2. Insert a pencil through the holes for the bird to sit on.

3. Next make two or three holes from the base of the bottle for the bird's beak to fit so it can eat.

4. Make two holes to insert small screw drivers near the cap of the bottle

5.Wrap up an elastic band tightly around the screws near the bottle's cap

6.Keep a feed plastic cup to periodically fill up the bottle with grain.

7.Notice birds come to try food from a new restaurant- your balcony
