Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This buffalo chicken dip is fast, easy, and made with stuff I usually have already. It's great with almost anything, and is so much easier to eat than messy wings!

Ingredients

10oz chopped or shredded cooked chicken (I'm using Quorn "chicken", but of course you can use actual chicken)

1 (8oz) package of cream cheese

1/2 c. ranch dressing

1/3 c. of your favorite buffalo/hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese + some to melt on top

1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Things to dip (celery, crackers, bread sticks, baguette rounds)

Heat your cream cheese until it's completely soft. Mix in the ranch dressing, hot sauce, and shredded cheddar.

Fold in your chicken and blue cheese crumbles.

Now cook until hot. This can be done in the microwave, in the oven, or in a crock pot.

Lastly, sprinkle cheese on top and melt!

This is a thick dip. If you want it to be thinner, you can add some milk or more ranch

(this stuff is also pretty excellent on sandwiches)
