Hey, this is a basic and easy to make camping first aid kit. Its perfect for little camping trips for families or scout/girl guide etc. groups. It partly a camping first aid kit set i bought from Sport Direct (here), another First Aid Kit from Amazon (here), a cree led torch from amazon(here) and a simple emergency whistle.

This is an entry for The 2014 Great Outdoors Competition so youre votes are greatly appreciated!

Sorry in advance for the blurry images.

In my kit is:

1 Emergency Blanket (Adult)

1 pair of Nylon Gloves

1 Sachet of Insect Repellent

1 Medium Roll of Sterile Bandaging

1 Small Roll of Sterile Bandaging

1 Cree LED Torch

6 Wound Cleansing Wipes

50 Plasters or Band-Aids ( 30 Normal, 20 Kids)

1 Emergency Whistle

Some Safety Pins

1 Roll of Surgical Tape

2 Low Adherent Dressings

5 Blister Plasters (i get them a lot!)

You could add in things like:

Pain-Killers, Activated Charcoal etc, but these can cause allergic reactions or make a problem worse rather than better.

Putting It All Together

I prefer to separate my first aid kit into 2 different groups:

Dressings (Plasters, Bandages etc.)

Non Dressing Items (Wipes, Gloves, Blanket etc.)

Put one group in one apartment and the other (obviously!) and remember which one is which in order to get things quickly.

Conclusion

In Conclusion, My First Aid Kit is in no way a definitive kit or guide but i think i got quite good bang for buck with it.

Any suggestions are very welcome and could you please vote for me in the Contest! Thanks!
