Easy DIY Origami Flower

This flower is easy to make. Anybody can make it. This is a fun craft that you can do with your kids, or by yourself. It doesn't involve much, just a few supplies. I hope that you all enjoy this flower and hope that the instructions are not too hard to follow. Be sure to follow along with my channel as I make more flowers!

Supplies

There are only a few supplies that you need.

  • 7 sheets of paper (7x7)
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • A workplace
  • Both hands

Folding the Flower Petals.

For this step, you need your seven pieces of paper, and a glue stick. Take your paper and fold it in half diagonally. Fold the two bottom corners up to the top of the paper as shown in picture. Fold the pieces back along the edge of the paper. Open the folds and flatten. Fold the tops of the triangles down. Fold these folds in half. Fold the entire paper in half. Add glue to one side of the paper and then close the petal and squeeze hard. Make 7 of these in total.

Assembling the Flower

Take one petal and add a little bit of glue to one side of it. Take another petal and match the edges of the two petals up together. Squeeze tightly and make sure that they stick. Continue gluing the petals together and squeezing tightly. On the last petal, you will want to add glue to both sides of the petals, and then do the same as you have been doing. When you attach the petals together to close the flower, insert your finger into the tip of the flower and push together. That finishes up your flower. I hope that you thoroughly enjoy.
