Easy DIY Stress Ball
These simple DIY stress balls are easy to make and fun to use!! They are great for people who are mad, tense, or for people with hand injuries, this ball could be used as a therapy. But, of course, this ball is mainly FOR FUN!!!
Materials:
-Flour
-3 balloons
-A condiment bottle
-Super Glue
-Scissors
Prepare the Flour
Add the flour into your condiment bottle with a spoon. You can also use a funnel, if you have one. Fill your condiment bottle 3/4 of the way to the top, or if you are using a funnel, add in 3/4 of a cup.
Blow Up the Balloon
Now go ahead and blow up the balloon. Twist the end of the balloon 5-6 times to ensure security. Insert the end of the balloon onto the nozzle of the condiment bottle.
Squeeze the Flour In!!
Now, turn the bottle upside down and let the end untwist. Now squeeze the flour into the balloon. Get all of the flour into the balloon (it should still be blown up) before removing the nozzle.
Slowly Let It Deflate
Slowly let the balloon deflate, but be careful, it will spit out flour dust, so make sure you pinch the end!
Massage the Bottom of the Balloon
Massage the bottom of the balloon to release any air bubbles. Now it shouldn't spit out any flour.
Cut Off the End of the Balloon
Cut off the end piece of the balloon.
Clean Off the Balloon
Wet a paper towel and remove flour dust from around the sides and on the bottom.
Cut the End Off of Another Balloon
Cut off the end piece of another balloon.
Place It on Top of the Ball
Stretch the balloon out (all fingers should fit in it) and place it over the hole on the ball. Now no flour can escape.
Glue
Clue the edges of the second balloon down onto the first balloon. I recommend using Super Glue.
Add Another Layer
Repeat, and add a third layer. You do not need to glue this layer down, though.
YOU'RE DONE!!!!!
