Easy Gift Wrapping With Paper Bow
Easy and environmentally friendly method to wrap gifts with a gorgeous bow.
Supplies
You'll need:
Coloured A4 paper
Ruler
Craft knife or scissors
Stapler
Paper bag (recycled shopping bag or the bags used to pack fruit and veg)
Cutting mat
Fold Coloured Paper Into Eights
Fold paper lenghtwise into eights. This doesn't have to be super exact.
Cut Coloured Paper Into Strips
Cut along the folds.
Form the Hoops
Make the hoops as shown in the pictures. Overlap the strips underneath the middle of the paper strip.
Staple the Hoops
Make sure the overlapped ends form a square and staple them together on the side of the strip. A second will go in the middle of the strip to hold everything together.
Make the Loose Ends of the Bow
Take another strip. Fold the ends and cut off a triangle. Fold the strip in the middle as shown in the pictures.
Staple the Bow on to the Gift Bag
Put your gift in the bag. Roll up the top of the bag to close it. Place the hoops and the loose ends on top of the bag and secure it with a single staple in the middle.
Make Someone Happy
Give your wonderfully wrapped present to a loved one. Make sure you tell them that you only used paper and staples to wrap their gift. They can either reuse the packaging or recycle it. Merry Christmas everyone ❤️
