Easy Chinese Hoisin Sauce

Hoisin sauce is the brown sauce you find in most dishes in chinese restaurants. It's sweet, spicy and salty. All in one. And it's one of the most popular chinese sauces.
So if you feel like cooking chinese food and you need hoisin sauce and you don't have it (like me) doen't mean you can't make the meal!
( Luckily I had this big chinese spoon-my sister insisted we buy one-because i needed quite a lot of it)

An example of use of hoisin sauce:  https://www.instructables.com/id/Easy-Chinese-Chicken-and-Broccoli/

You can use it to any food you like (I prefer meats but you can use it with anything).

Ingredients

4 tbsp soy sauce (I used dark)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
Bit of garlic powder or just plin garlic (didn't use this one-my sister doesnt like spicy food)

Making It

Just mix it all toegether. At first it will seem a mission impossible but it will get mixed after a minute ot two.
My advice: don't taste it(at least not a lot). Im serious! It taste bad if its by itself. It tastes a lot better in a dish.
