This is probably the easiest way to make a glowing LED cloud for decoration. Everyone can do it in 10 minutes.

3M spread adhesive (Amazon $16.50)

Cloud material ( Amazon $18.99)

Disposable glove

Assemble the Cloud

Wear a glove, use the spray adhesive to stick cloud fabric to the cardboard box and the airbags. It depends on your preference of mounting. Use cardboard if you want to mount the cloud to the wall, airbag only if you want to hang them.

Christmas light (Amazon $16)

Fairy Light w/ battery ( Amazon $ 16)

Just wrap the cloud fabric to hide the lights. Light will shine through the white cloud. Now, you have another use of those Christmas lights for the rest of the year.
