Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

In this recipe, I will be showing you how to make easy and simple Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. This recipe serves at least 24 people, and if you would like less cookies then just half the ingredients! Make the cookies as big or small as you would like, and enjoy!
Ingredients

Here are the ingredients to a simple, but very tasty recipe. I am making Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
- 2 tsp baking powder
Prepare the Batter

In a large bowl add sugar, pumpkin puree, oil, 1 egg, and vanilla extract. Mix altogether until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Then dissolve the baking powder in the milk and add it to the bowl.
Combining the Dry Ingredients

In another bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix altogether. You can also add pumpkin spice but that is optional! The mixture should be dry.
Mixing the Batters Together

Add the bowl we mixed the ingredients (which were mentioned in the first step) and mix into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Adding the Chocolate Chips

To the bowl with the ingredients we now add chocolate chips. I preferred to add 1 1/2 cups, but you can decide how much you would like.
Preparing Baking Sheet

Now set aside the bowl with all the ingredients and prepare your baking pan. On the baking pan lay out parchment/foil paper and spray cooking spray or use butter. Preheating the oven is an option since the cookies are pretty easy to overcook.
Transferring the Mixture

Scoop out the cookie mixture and put it on the baking sheet. Remember to leave space, so the cookies do not end up mushed together.
Baking Instructions

Put the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Check on them every now and then, so they don't end up burning
