After you finished pouring the mix into each cupcake tin, make sure the oven has finished preheating. When the oven has reached 350 degrees, place the whole pan in the oven

Let Them Cook

IMG_3290.jpg

Once the cupcakes are in the oven start a timer for 15 minutes. They should be fully cooked by then, if they are not put in for 1-2 more minutes until they are fully cooked.

Take the Cupcakes Out of the Oven

Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool for ten minutes.

Dye the Icing!

IMG_3292.jpg

Grab the pink food dye and squeeze about 3-4 drops onto the icing. Use a butter knife or a spoon to mix the dye into the icing. Mix until all of the icing is pink.

Ice Them Up!

Use a butter knife to spread some icing on a cupcake.

Finish the Icing

Repeat the previous step for all 12 of the cupcakes.

Add a Little Sugar

Pour about a third of the sugar sprinkle bottle into a small bowl. I used the Kroger brand red sugar sprinkles, but any brand will work. Take one cupcake and put the side of it in the sugar. Then turn the cupcake in a circular motion so you coat all the sides in sugar. Repeat these steps for all 12 cupcakes.

Plate Them
