To make Elsa nails, first paint your nails white. I used ICE.
Sea-ing Stars
Next, put Sally Hansen Sea-ing stars over top, this will turn them blue
Last Step
Wait for it to dry, then apply a top coat to give it some shine.
Optional
If you want, you can smudge the nail polish around to give it a snow storm look
