English Muffin Pizza

What you will need for this Instructable is…

• English Muffins
• Toaster
• Cookie Sheet Pan
• Tin Foil
• Pizza Sauce
• Your choice of cheese
• Toppings (Pepperoni, Bacon etc…)
• Oven
• Knife

The first thing you must do is take apart the english muffin in two. If you have pre sliced muffins then separate by hand. If not pre sliced, then use a bread cutting knife to half the muffin.

Then you must place them both in the toaster so there not soggy when you put everything on it. This often a skipped step by beginners. Toasting the muffin before applying sauce and toppings ensures a crisp crust. But, if you like a soggy or softer crust then you can skip this step. Your choice.

Place foil on cookie sheet then muffins on top. The foil is simply a protective layer to keep the cookie sheet clean. After you enjoy your pizza you have no pan to clean. Just crumple up the foil and send it to your recycle bin.

Spread your sauce evenly across both halves of the muffin.

Place the toppings of your choice on each half. Make it the way YOU like it.

Next set your oven to BROIL and keep it on HI if you have that setting on your oven. Since we have already toasted the muffin, we are focusing on cooking the top half of the pizza.

Let your oven heat up.

Cook your pizza for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted to your liking.

Enjoy your pizza snack.
