Chocolate Top Biscuit Pudding

CREAM MAKING-   Add gelatin & coco powder to the warm water and mix well. Then add the egg yolks and mix well double boil for 5-8 min and allow it to cool thoroughly.
   Beat the butter & icing sugar. Then add the chocolate mixture and beat for few seconds. Then add the fresh cream and beat for just 2-3 seconds. Then add the vanilla and mix. Don’t make the mixture curdle. When adding if it gets hard a bit add.

ARRANGEMENT-• Cream made
• 200g Marie biscuit (But take about 3 packets)
• Milk to soak the biscuit
• 2 pieces dark cooking chocolate grated
• 3 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
Method:-
   Soak the biscuits in milk and place on the bottom of the dish. Then pour a little cream just to cover the biscuit. Add few grated chocolate pieces & cashew nuts on top and leave it in the fridge to set for ½ hour. Then again place soaked biscuit on top of the set cream and pour little cream to cover the biscuits and add the rest of the grated chocolate & cashew nuts on top and leave it in the fridge to set for ½ hour. Then again place soaked biscuit on the set cream and pour the rest of the cream and level it and leave it in the fridge for ½ hour to set.

TOPPING-
Ingredients:-
• 4oz Dark Cooking Chocolate
• 3 tbsp Water
• 1 tsp Butter
Method:-
   Mix all the ingredients and double boil or heat in the microwave. Pour over the set dessert (Hot hot) and move the dish so that the topping spreads and leave it in the fridge.
