Envelope Cards
Hello! This is a simple way to make homemade cards, enjoy! Also, Please vote for both contests I am in.
Get the Supplies
You need
- A business style envelope without the window
- A stamp pad
- Pen/Pencil/Sharpie Etc.
- Colored/Patterned holiday cardstock
- stickers/glitter is optional
- A gift card or nice note
Fold the 'Lope
Cut the very tippy end of the 'lope off.
Fold in a way that your gift card or message can fit in one side.
Ink the Envelope
Use the inkpad and, on newspapers run it along all edges, front and back.
Cut and Glue the Cardstock
Cut the cardstock with a paper cutter so that the stock is centered with a small border. Do this for the front, back, and the extra little bit above the slot. Glue envelope after gluing the smallest piece down.
Next center and glue both front and back pieces.
Add Stickers/Glitter And/or a Personal Message
Write on the front cardstock with a marker or pen, and add stickers until happy.
Put gift in and... voila! Your master creation is done!
