Step 1: We design the front wheels in cad. but they need to be to spec so we look at the tech inspection sheet. since the smallest we can go is 32mm i designed mine at 33mm diameter and the with can be down to 2mm I made it 2mm on the dot. Then I saved and exported the front wheel 3d files.

Now we can move onto the rear wheels. they can at minimum be 30mm in diameter and 15mm wide. so i designed the wheels at 32mm by 15mm. then when I was finished i exported as a stl and put both front and rear wheels into cura to slice for 3d printing.

Now we have to test fit and clean up the prints, both of mine needed a little cleaning up the wheel shaft holes were slightly too small even though i put a .5mm tolerance on them. But the Xacto knife worked to make the axel fit right in snug.
