Find the Secret Warp Zones in Super Mario Brothers

mario.jpeg

If you've ever played Super Mario Brothers, then you've heard of these areas called "warp zones." If you haven't, warp zones are secret areas in two of the levels the game where you can travel to worlds 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8. If you're playing Super Mario Brothers and would like to see this for yourself, then this Instructable will teach you how to get to the warp zones.

World 1-2

Once you've passed the first world 1-1, you will advance to world 1-2. This is the first warp zone. As you can see in the picture provided above, the warp zone is at the very end of the level 1-2. Near the end of the level, there will be two floating platforms: one platform going up and the other going down. Jump on the the second platform, and when it gets near the top, jump above the ceiling and keep walking to the right. You will see three green pipes under the ceiling with monsters inside each reaching out of them. Drop down into the room with the pipes, and the monsters will be replaced with the words:

"Welcome To Warp Zone!"

Each pipe will have a number on it that corresponds to the world you would like to go to.

the numbers are 4 (left), 3 (middle), and 2 (right). You can now jump into any of the three worlds you would like.

World 4-2

Level 4-2 is where the second warp zone is. Once you are there, continue until you see a floating platform that looks like the one in level 1-2. You will see a couple of blue blocks in front of the floating platform. Jump under the first one and a vine should sprout from the block you jumped under. Go up the vine and you will find an outside area with giant mushrooms. To the right, there will be another warp zone area with the worlds 8 (left), 7(middle), and 6(right). You can now jump into any of the three pipes you would like.

And That's About It!
