Fix a Ring Binder With Rubber Bands

For those ring binders that don't shut properly:
  1. Open the rings
  2. Take out the papers
  3. Close the rings
  4. Wrap a rubber band tightly around the base of the rings
  5. Fiddle with the alignment of the ends of the rings
  6. Open the rings
  7. Put the papers back in
  8. Close the rings
