Create Scene
Open tinkercad and create a plane 200mm long 200mm wide and 0.1mm tall this will be the grass for the scene then create two vertical planes these are the sky 200mm long o.1mm wide and 200mm tall. Put the vertical planes at a 90 degree angle from each other with the horizontal plane in-between like in this example above. Now there are a bunch of premade scenery objects to ad to finish the scene i just used a mountain and pine trees but you can do whatever you want for your scenery.
Owl
Now import this file which is the owl.

Take Pictures
Now position the owl in its starting place and take a screen shot then move it slightly and take another screenshot. Then just keep moving it in the direction you want it to go in the animation. If you want to turn it start tipping it slightly and rotating it in the direction you want to move it each time you take a picture.
Edit
Now export the pictures to a photo editor and and cut out the menu bars from the photo like in the example above. ( click on the photos to see the full photo)
now import the new photos into a stop motion app, (i used anymotion but you can use whatever you want) in order from the first one you took to the last. Then it will compile it to your stop motion animation that should look something like this.
