Frame Your Favorite ALBUM 💿

These days, most music fans prefer listening to their favorite songs via streaming services instead of getting the physical copies. Though vinyl records are back on trend, CD albums still seem to be mistreated. You can use this guide to find out how to frame your favorite's band CD and display it in an attractive way.

Supplies

  • Your favorite Music Album
  • Double sided adhesive tape
  • Scissors
  • A3 Picture Frame (11.7"x16.6")

Getting in the Right Mood

The most important part is choosing a good album that suits your taste in music, has some sentimental significance, or has an interesting album cover. My favorite is 'Blue Eyed Black Boy' by Balkan Beat Box, an Israeli musical group playing music with Mediterranean influences. If you've never heard of them, check them out.

If possible, frame the album while listening to it 🎵.

Cut the Album

Using scissors, cut out your album front and back covers, as well as the little booklet inside.

Design Your Collage

Choose your collage arrangement carefully. This is a tricky part, pay attention to the color matching and don't be afraid to layer different elements.

Paste the Collage

Use the Double Sided Adhesive Tape to carefully paste the album art onto an A3 page (I usually use the one that comes with the frame). Final step is to paste the original CD over the whole thing.

The frame can be closed by using the glass, and there you go! your favorite music is getting its well-deserving respect.
