Frankenloon

Here we have a short and sweet Halloween instructable. I have been planning on doing this for a couple of weeks. Then I saw someones Franekegg so knew I had better get to it.

1 Green balloon
1 black permanent marker
1 Led light and one lovely assistant

This step you will need to insert the LED light into the balloon and then inflate the balloon and tie it off.

Insert your fingers into the balloon opening and stretch it apart.

Then have your lovely assistant insert the LED into the balloon.

Now inflate the balloon and tie it off.

On this step you will add the character.

So draw your face on the balloon with he permanent marker.

Now it is time to "Up It"

1. Light the LED up
2. Then hang it up some where by tying a string to the top of it and hand it up.
