Prepare the oil first by heating it up to 350 degrees.

Then depending if you bought already made crab sticks or the flake style you will need to take an extra step to prepare the crab meat for frying. With the flake style you need to cut the crab meat horizontally to make it doesn't fall apart on you. Make as many crab sticks as desired.

Prepare the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, and finally dip the crab sticks in this order:

1. Flour

2. Egg

3. Panko

Fry the crab sticks for 2-3 minutes until you get a golden brown color. Make sure not to go over that time because the crab meat will burst through batter and fall apart in the oil. Place the fried jaiba sticks on a dish with a paper towel on it to absorb any excess oil.
