Fruity Animal Muffins

 It is such a fabulous day and you are definately feeling like making muffins, aren't  you?! (..or like eating, no doubt!)

So..
     Why not making some muffins both unexpectedly delicious and strikingly decorated... ?

Here we go!

Making Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
  • 90g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml milk
  • 200g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • berries and/or fluits (of your choice as much as you want )

DIRECTIONS:

    Firstly, beat the eggs together.

   Then put the milk and the butter together and put them in a microwave so that the butter melts.

Stir the mixture and add it to the eggs.

After that add the flour and the sugar and stir well.

Then the baking powder, soda and vanilla powder.

And .. the most interesting part off the 'adding' becomes!

Put the fruits & berries, and enjoy stiring them.

Then apportion the mixture in baking molds (if needed smear some sunflower oil so that the beked muffins don't get stuck at the end).

Heat the oven to 200 degrees C (392 F) and bake until the muffins are golden brown (about 20 minutes).

Decorating

INGREDIENTS:
  • chocolate
  • chocolate spread
  • crackers
  • biscuits
  • some chocolate candies
DIRECTIONS:

Melt the chocolate in water bath.

  Smear the melted chocolate on the muffins and get ready to use your imagination.

Deer (some Winter Spirit Pending)

To make a Deer Muffin simply follow the steps:
  1. Stick on each muffin a biscuit near the edge as shown.*
  2. Paste the cracker-antlers.*
  3. Put the noses (chocolate candies).*
  4. Make the eyes, using chocolate and chocolate spread. Help yourself using toothpick.
*As a 'glue' use chocolate spread.

Bear (not Teddy..but Bear!)

Here are the steps how to make Muffin Bears:
  1. Stick on each muffin a biscuit near the edge as shown.*
  2. Smear chocolate spread on each cracker needed.
  3. Paste the cracker-bears'-ears.*
  4. Draw with chocolate the bears' mouths and dimples.
  5. Put the noses (chocolate candies).*
  6. Make the eyes, using chocolate and chocolate spread. Help yourself using toothpick.

*As a 'glue' use chocolate spread.

Hedgehogs

Creating Muffin Hedghogs includes the following directions:
  1. Put the noses (chocolate candies).*
  2. Break into pieces some crackers and make the quills of the hedgehogs.
  3. Make the eyes, using chocolate and chocolate spread. And, you know, help yourself using toothpick.
*As a 'glue' use chocolate spread.
