Full Color Electroluminescent Decals With El Panel
So there are already some instructables about el Panel, but you always need to know how to use a serigraph machine, or
a vinyl cutter, there are disavantages with serigraph because if you want to have more than 2 colors you will need to make
2 screens, and is too much work if you will do only 1 decal, with vinyl cutter is the same, you need to vector the drawing and you
can use few colors, there is a better way and everyone with a color printer can do it.

So, you just need to get a ruler and take your El Panel measurements, mine is 10x10 cm or 3.9 inches,
now that you know the size of your El Panel, you just need to find a picture that you like and use Paint or
photoshop to edit the picture to adjust the aspec ratio, in my case my pictures must be squares.
then you print your picture, you need to print the picture at the same size as your El Panel, most printer software let you
choose the size also use the best quality settings for your printer, and add more saturation and contrast(you will need
to use trial an error to get the best results), the acetate haves only one printable face, so you must read the instructions,
you can print 2 pictures per page.
When you get your picture or pictures printed at the correct size, you just need to cut the excess acetate,
then you can use transparent tape to attach the picture to your El Panel.

There are so many uses for your Decals, like T-Shirts,Jackets or you can use it in the back of your laptop, or in windows(remember that El Panel cant be on direct sunlight or it will be useless in a few days), your imagination is the limit.
