Take Crepe Paper, and Start Cutting It in Fringe Pattern As Shown
Follow the Fringe Pattern on Both Sides of the Paper
I Used Two Different Colour Crepe Paper ( Yellow, Orange)
Using Needle and Thread Join Them Together
Do the Same for Both the Colours
Twist the Papers to Make It Realistic
Our Garland Is Ready for Decoration
