2.add a splash of cooking oil and fry the onion together with the paprika.

3.wash the cabbage and cut it in half

4. cut the purple cabbage into squares and strips

5. when the onion is well fried with the paprika, add the purple cabbage

6. add salt to taste

7. In a pot, boil the chicken eggs and the quail eggs, approximately for 15 minutes.

8. When the eggs are cooked, remove them from the hot water and add cold water.

9. when the eggs are cold, remove the shells.

10. Chop the eggs into squares.

11. Add the chopped eggs to the cabbage, and cook for approximately 20 minutes.

Note: I first add a quantity of egg so that they are dyed purple, since when they are left to cook for a longer time they take on that coloration, and the other pieces of egg I leave them for less time, approximately for 10 min and they take on a blue coloration turquoise.

If we want the eggs to have a more intense coloration, in a pan add a little purple cabbage and fry the eggs for 5 minutes without adding anything else.

12. Add a little milk and cream, this will make the cabbage creamy

let cook for approximately 20 minutes

13. Brown march grains to decorate cabbage when served.

Note: I wanted to incorporate grains of cob for their yellow color since I wanted to make a contrast in the plate, alluding to the stars.
