Supplies

You'll need the following:

Now we'll start on the sides, get a new piece of board and measure ready for cutting. The boards on my bar are approximately 18" inches on the sides

Cut the wood

Attach the board to the pallet

Repeat the process down the entire length of the side

Roof Supports

Next you'll need four pieces of pallet board and a wooden block, this is to create the roof section. Simply attach the four pieces of board to each side of the block.

On my Pallet Bar, the roof support was 39" inches tall

You need to make two of these and attach them to either side of the bar to support the roof.

Screw or nail the support into position on the bar top

Roof Top

For the roof top, you need two new boards and a triangle block - secure them together with screws or nails

Add this to the roof supports you've just created

Next, we'll need more pallet boards.. this is for the roof, measure and cut

On my Bar, this wood was approximately 21" inches long

Screw or nail the pallet boards onto the roof section

You can also add a full length pallet board underneath for extra support if needed
