Have your partner take a neat pose.
Start photo.
Shine flash light on your partner. Try not to shine the light on their face as it reflects to much light.
Turn off flash light.
Have your partner move to their next pose in the dark.
Shine the flash light on them again.
You can do this as many times as you want per photo.

note: wearing black helps the ghost effect.

Other Cool Things

With the lightstick or laser pointer you can draw cool shapes.
You don't need the flashlight.

note: if you want to write something or draw something that is a-symmetrical, you have to do it backwards.

With the tennis ball, you can toss it or bounce it. Shine the flash light from above so your background is dark.

note: keep the flash light on for the whole photo.
