Gim Bap

This is a great Korean snack. I like it because it is an easy to make snack. It's healthy. It takes 30 minutes to make it.

Gather the Ingredients

You will need the following ingredients:

rice, 1 big scoop

seaweed, 1 sheet

ham, 1 slice (100grams)

egg, 2 eggs

fish cake, 1 sheet

pickled radish, 1 strip

burdock root, 1 strip

sesame oil, 1 table spoonful

sesame seeds, 1 table spoonful

salt a tid-bit

To cook the ingredients:

For the rice. Put sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt into the rice. Mix well.

For the fish cake. Wash it once then dry it. Then fry the fish cake. Finally, cut the fishcake into thin strips.

For the Ham. Fry it. Then cut it into thin strips.

For the eggs. Mix it and then fry it. Cut it into thin strips.

For the pickled radish and burdock root. Drain the water.

Assemble the Ingredients

Put the seaweed on a clean cutting board and put rice on the seaweed. Then spread the rice. Leave some of the seaweed exposed. Put the other ingredients on the rice. Roll it. Use your fingers to spread water at the edge of the seaweed. Cut the rolled gim bap.
