Glitter Filled Party Blowers

This is everything I start with when making a glitter filled party horn.

Blow air through it so its open and lightly squeeze the sides

can cut the tip here. Its just a bit of tape and you can put in the glitter this way. If you do it this way there will be less leakage remember to re-tape it. Of you can pour it through the back end.

It rolls up almost as tight. If you don't know to look for it you will never know they are filled with glitter.

They package up just fine. You would never know they were messed with.
