Glowing Cloud
This instructable will cover how to make a glowing cloud. They're a fun decoration and since they can be made in any size they work great in any room. The only skill you'll need is the ability to safely use a hot glue gun. Additionally, most of the materials can probably already be found in your home.
Gather Materials
Paper lanterns
Hot glue
String
Fluff/stuffing
Light
Assemble lanterns
Hot glue

Glue Fluff to Lanterns
Put several lines of hot glue down on to your lantern, then place fluff on top. It will likely need more than one line to hold.
Add Lights to Your Finished Product
when your project is finished take lighting of your choice (Christmas lights, portable light bulbs,etc) and put them inside your lantern.
