Gluten Free Banana Bread
Gluten free banana bread, great for parties and gatherings. basically, it is bananas in bread and chocolate chips on top.
The Ingredients.
Refrigerated
3 Eggs, large
Baking and Spices
3 cups 1 to 1 gluten free flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Vanilla
Oils and Vinegars
3/4 cup Vegetable oil
Other
2 1/2 cups over-ripe Banana
Toppings
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Making It.
Serves 8

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang.
2. In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Add in the eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar; mix until blended well. Stir in the banana, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
3.Pour equally into the loaf pans and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Carefully remove your cake bread out of the pans and let cool. Slice and enjoy!
