Gluten Free Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
First we need to make a gluten free (GF) version of Bisquick
Ingredients
1 cup GF Flour (I used Bob's Red Mill all purpose GF Flour)
1 ½ tsp Baking POWDER
½ tsp Salt
1tbsp Shortening
Combine everything together into a bowl using a pastry cutter or fork (I used a fork)
Substitute for a Gluten Free alternative to Bisquick
Makes about 1 cup

â cups whole milk
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
7 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp old bay seasoning
¼ tsp parsley flakes
2 cups GF alternative to Bisquick

1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
7 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder

Directions
1 Heat oven to 450.
2 Combine Bisquick with 4 Tablespoons butter using a pastry cutter or a large fork.
3 Add egg, milk, and cheddar cheese.
4 Stir together.
5 Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
6 Bake for 8-10 minutes.
7 In a small sauce pan combine 3 Tablespoons butter, garlic powder, parsley flakes and old bay seasoning.
8 Heat until butter is melted.
9 Spoon butter mixture over hot biscuits.
10 Eat and enjoy
