Gold Mind

The goal was to bring my vision I created into a 3-Dimensional object.

What You Need

Spray Paint

I chose to use grey spray paint as my base for the mannequin.

Sharpie Marker

I then used a sharpie next to outline the area I wanted to use as my gold mind.

Acrylic Paint

I poured acrylic paint down the head to create the drippy look.

Hot Glue

I wasn't satisfied with the outcome after the acrylic paint dried. It was colored but it didn't pop like I wanted it too. I decided to plug up my hot glue gun and create drips. I re painted over the hot glue with more acrylic paint.

LED Lights

I then wrapped the LED lights around the mannequin.

Finish Piece

I added earthy colors.

Blue symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body.

Green symbolizes the color of life, renewal, nature, and energy, is associated with meanings of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility, and environment.

The color gold symbolizes illumination, love, compassion, courage, passion, and wisdom.

I added an eye on the back of the head because eyes are probably the most important symbolic sensory organ. They can represent a gateway into the soul. Other qualities that eyes are commonly associated with are: intelligence, light, vigilance, moral conscience, and truth
