Snowflake Trophy
I made a snowflake themed trophy for my design class.

Supplies
I used onshape, a free 3D modeling software: https://www.onshape.com/en/
The Design
First you want to start a sketch on the front plane. Get a center point circle and get the following diameter in inches, (2.9), then draw your own snowflake design in a radius of a 30 degree angle. Next you want to use the circular pattern tool to use your singular snowflake design and multiply it by 6.
Extruding the Design
Extrude the outer ring of your snowflake, and choose your design by only extruding the parts that you want, you are gonna leave some of your snowflake design alone. Extrude the snowflake with a depth of .125 inches.
Keychain Hole (optional)
If you are going to use this as a mini keychain you can put in a hole with a diameter of .2 inches and use the extrude tool to remove the hole design.
Your Trophy Title
To write the trophy title, whether it will be first, second, or third place, draw a circle in a sketch with the sketch plane being the face of your snowflake. The circle must be a center point circle with a diamteter of .731 inches, or you can change the size depending on your design. Extrude the design to a depth of a .027 and use a text box to write your own number or title, for example; #1, #2, #3. Extrude that number or text to a depth of .1 going outwards.
Trophy Stand
Now that you have your snowflake design finished, draw a rectangle, preferably a center point one and adjust the rectangle so that it touches the bottom of your snowflake. Adjust the stand to your liking, but the following dimesions for mine are, 4x9in. Extrude the stand to a depth of 0.5 inches symmetrically. You can also choose to write your own text or make a design of your choice. Note: the STL file attached has a base at the back of the snowflake, this is to support the product, I recommend doing the same if you are making your own design.
