Granola Bars
How to make Healthy granola bars!
Today we will be making simple crispy ganola bars. The base of granola bars is made from jaggery to get tht crispy taste if you like your bars soft and chewy then we suggest you to take dates and honey or peanut butter as a base. They taste great and is very easy and not fail recipe. Here you will see whole almonds , cashew, pista, walnuts and seeds like flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds watermelon seeds and seasme seeds. You can add more seeds and nuts as per your taste.

Supplies
Ingredients required
Badam/ almonds 1 cup
Kaju / cashew 1/2 cup
Pista 1/2 cup
Walnuts 1/4 cup
Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
Watermelon seeds 1/4cup
Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Flax seeds 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 TSP
Ghee 1 tbsp
Jaggery 1 and 1/2 cup
Roasting Dry Fruits
In a preheated pan we will start roasting dry fruits in low to medium flame to start with we will add almonds , cashew and pista roast all of them together for 3 min then add chopped walnuts and roast again for 1 more min.
