Grilled Capresse Pizza
This is a very fast and simple recipe for a Grilled Capresse pizza.
Preheat the grill to it's highest temperature.
Ingredients:
Fresh Mozarella cheese
Fresh tomato
Fresh Basil
Pizza dough
olive oil
Prepare the Pan
Have the pans ready before you work the dough.
I like to grease the pans and then add some flour.
Be careful not to over cook it or the flour will burn.

Prepare the Dough
Take the dough ball and stretch it to the desired size and thickness. I like a very thin pizza, so I stretch it until it is about 1/4 of an inch thick. When it's ready place on the pan.
Add the Ingredients
Add some oil to the dough and then add the following:
1. Add the cheese and set it up spread evenly, this way it will melt and cover the whole pizza.
2.Add tomato pieces between the cheese.
3. Place on the grill.

Crust Ready
Once the cheese has melted and the crust is lightly brown, take it out of the grill.
Add the Basil
Once it is out of the oven, take the basil leaves and place them on top of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle olive oil on top and serve!
Try to have slices the each one of them has a tomato slice on top.
