Pizza Dough is easy to make. Lots of recipe's out there, here's mine.

3 cups flour
1 cup water
1 Tbs oil (Olive or canola)
1 Tbs yeast
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt

Mix all dry ingredients and add wet. Mix well and knead dough for 5 minutes. Form dough into a ball and place in a a lightly oiled bowl, cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Dough can now be punched down, divided, flattened and shaped to make pizza.....

TIP: Right after mixing, dough can be bagged and refrigerated or frozen for future use.

Get everything ready to go and staged out. Grilling pizza goes pretty fast.

Ingredients:
Sauce (I use store bought in a squeeze bottle....its my favorite)
Cheese
Meat
Various toppings
Corn Meal (very important)

Utensils:
A pizza peel or large cutting board
Spatula
Silicone Brush (or a spoon)
A grill....

Sprinkle the cornmeal on your paddle so your dough slides easy and put your dough directly on the grate.

Close the lid and cook it for 2 minutes...no peeking!

If you like a lot of veggies it helps to saute them on high heat in a skillet first for a minute or until they just start to get translucent. Otherwise you may get a watery puddle on top of your pizza....ewww.

Back to the Grill Again!

Back on the grill for two more minutes.

Done!

Check the bottom...if its golden brown with light char marks and the cheese is all gooey and bubbly its done...if not give it another minute.

Times will vary from grill to grill due to temperature variations.

Enjoy!
