Gulab Jamun Parfait

DSC01417.JPG

The dessert course in Indian meals is never complete without a sweet like Gulab Jamun or ice cream. These days they are often enjoyed together - a scoop of plain vanilla ice-cream with a Gulab Jamun on it. Gulab Jamun Parfait is the result of my efforts to fuse three top flavors of ice-cream i.e., vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate plus my favorite Gulab Jamun together. In this Instructable, I describe the procedure to prepare the same.

Try it and enjoy!
