Insert a Spiral Generator and a Torus
First of all, from the 3D shape generator, choose the spiral generator. Set the top radius to 10, bottom radius to 50, height to 70, top thickness to 1, bottom thickness to 1 and edges to 11. Then from the 3D shapes insert a torus and set the ring radius to 10, tube radius to 2, tubular segments to 14 and position y to 67.
Insert Another Torus and Select the Spiral Object
Next, insert another torus and set the ring radius to 42, tube radius to 2, and tubular segments to 14. Then select spiral_1 and from the tools category select the copy offset option.
Create Copies of It and Group Them
Now, set the operation to pivot and the amount of copies to 11. Then go to the edit menu and choose the group.
Make Them a Union
Next, we will select all objects, go to stitch and scoop and make them a union.

Insert an Icosahedron and Flatten It
First of all, from the 3D shapes insert an icosahedron to the working interface. Set radius to 80. Then from the deform category, choose the flatten tool. Set y to 123.
Move It and Inset It
Next, select the move tool and set y to 0. Then go to the modify category and select the inset tool. Set amount to 1.
Delete the Selected Faces and Insert a Sphere
Now, select the faces as shown in the image and delete them. Then insert a sphere and set its radius to 28 and position z to 72.
Add Thickness to It
Next, opt for the face selection and select mesh_4. Then from the modify category, select the add thickness tool. Set the thickness to 3.
Subtract the Masses
Now, we will select both the objects, go to stitch and scoop and select the difference option. Choose mesh_8 to subtract.
