Halloween Ghost Jug
Instructions for creating an easy, halloween decoration for my school project
Materials
The materials needed for this craft include: empty clear/white gallon jugs, black marker/paint, and a light that can be moved and fits inside of the jug.
Preparing the Jugs
Wash out the jugs and remove all labels/ stickers.
Design
On the front side of the jig draw/paint 2 eyes and a mouth in any design you want.
Cut
On the back side of the jug, cut out a 2x2 square(inches) , this will be how you can add and remove the lights.
Lighting
To light up your ghost in the night, the best way would be to place a couple white Christmas lights inside the ghost. This also is convenient if you have multiple ghosts. However if you do not have these than some other easy light sources could include: flashlights or candles (make sure they have a glass or some kind of base so that the candle will not melt the jug). The light sources also help weigh down the jugs in case of any wind or bumps. If your light source is not heavy enough to weigh down the jug, you may want to add some rocks or other to help.
