Halloween Crayons

Have you ever had a bunch of broken or unused crayons that you don’t know what to do with? Well here is the craft for you. I am going to know you how to take your neglected crayons and turn them into a new fun way to color. I will show you in 6 easy steps how to make Halloween crayons.

Supplies

  • a bunch of old, unused, or broken crayons
  • an oven
  • a silicone mold
  • a baking sheet
  • and warm water
  • a knife (optional)

The first step is to preheat the oven to 230 degrees.

Next to take all of the crayons and peel the paper this process with go faster and smother by either placing the crayons in some warm water or using a knife to cut the paper.

After all the crayons are peeled, break, or cut them into different sized pieces that will fit in the mold. You can place them any way you want but the more colors the crazier it looks at the end.

After all the crayons are placed in the mold, place the mold on the baking sheet and place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 min or until all the pieces are melted.

Then let the new crayons cool completely before removing it from the mold and use it as a normal crayon.
