Halloween Heart Cake

hi this is my first ever instructable post, the picture is of a Halloween cake i made for my sisters Halloween party, it is a red velvet sponge with chocolate butter cream, covered with fondant that was colored red then i make some fake blood with golden syrup, food coloring and icing sugar and pasted it all over the hearts to create a bloody mess as you can image this cake went down a storm i was amazed at how much i managed to get it to look real, hope you like my hearts x

as you can see the heart looks extremely real
