Handlebar Grips
These are instructions for making 7/8" handlebar grips for bikes. I plan on using them for my 1982 Honda motorcycle.
Supplies
3D printer (I use a Monoprice Delta Pro)
Tinkercad

Make a solid cylinder with a 2.5" outer diameter and 1" tall. Now make it 64-sided, with a 2.5 bevel and 10 segments to make it have a smooth radius.
Make a large hole cube. Then set it so the top is flush with the build plate. Lower the cylinder halfway down and group the 2 shapes.
Next make a hole torus with a 2.25" outer diameter and 1" tall. Then align it up with the other shape in X and Y and set the height to 3/8" above the build plate. Now group the 2 shapes. Shrink the height to .25".
Make a box 0.020" x 1.25" and 4" tall. Duplicate it and rotate 5.625° on the Z axis. Duplicate it 30 more times. Now group all 32 of the boxes together.
Make a solid cylinder with a 1.25" outer diameter and 4" tall. Align that shape in X and Y, with the shape made out of the 32 boxes, and group them together.
Make a hole cylinder with a 1.375" outer diameter and 4.250" tall with a 2.5 bevel and 10 segments. Make another solid cylinder with a 2" outer diameter and 4.25"tall. Align in X, Y and Z, then group those 2 shapes.
Set that shape to hole and align in x, y, and z with the 4" tall shape.
Now raise the 4" tall shape to 0.200" above the build plate. Align in x, and y group with the other shape.
Make a hole cylinder 0.873" x 0.873 4.2" tall. Align with the other shape and group.
Make a solid cylinder with a 1.250" outer diameter and 0.200" tall. Make a hole cylinder with a 0.125" outer diameter and taller than 0.200". Make a 24 sided torus with a 1.400" outer diameter and .0200" tall with 24 steps. Align all 3 of those shapes and group.
Set the height of that shape to 4.125" and align with the other one in x, and y and group.
