Dice the Spam into 1/4" - 1/2" cubes.

Save a couple small ones for the patiently waiting doggo!

Saute the Spam over medium high heat, and reserve in a bowl.

Spam is a magical meat! The cubes will sometimes flip themselves as they cook.

We are basically making diced French Toast out of the Hawaiian Bread rolls.

Cut each roll into 18 pieces - in half across the equator, and 3x3 from top to bottom. Cutting them altogether may be easier. It's not pictured, but it may be easier to cut all the rolls in half across the middle first. Put the bread pieces in a mixing bowl.

One optional step is to toast the bread in an oven to make them less squishy.

Mix the eggs and milk, then mix into the bread.

Saute the bread over medium high heat.

Combine and Enjoy!

Almost done!

Add the Spam back to the pan, mix, and serve.

This serves 2-4 people, depending on how much you eat, and you may be going back for seconds on this one.
